About the Role

As an Assistant Director/Deputy Director at Lovely Professional University, Punjab, you will be responsible for leading corporate engagement and driving large-scale student placement and internship outcomes across academic schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead corporate relations and onboard national & global recruiters

  • • Drive campus placements, internships, and flagship hiring initiatives

  • • Partner with Deans, Heads, and faculty to improve employability outcomes

  • • Oversee placement data, MIS, and reporting for NAAC/NIRF frameworks

  • • Mentor placement teams and manage recruiter relationships end-to-end

    • Qualification Required:

  • • Minimum 8+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations in a reputed University

  • • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

  • • Prior experience in Universities, Institutes, or large education ecosystems preferred
