Role Overview:
As an AI/ML Engineer in Compliance Engineering at Goldman Sachs, you will have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to solve complex problems and contribute to safeguarding a leading global financial institution.   • • Lead technical projects, provide mentorship to junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • • Participate in code reviews, promote best practices for AI/ML development, and stay updated with advancements in AI/ML platforms and techniques.

    • Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or similar field.

  • • 7+ years of AI/ML industry experience for Bachelors/Masters, 4+ years for PhD, with a focus on Language Models.

  • • Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks.

  • • Expertise in GenAI techniques, experience with embedding models, MLOps practices, and strong communication skills.

  • • Curiosity, ownership, willingness to collaborate, and ability to mentor junior engineers.
