About the Role

Role Overview:
As part of the Global Delivery India management team and the Global Alternative Investment Services leadership team at State Street, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of Financial Reporting in India. Your responsibilities will include ensuring consistency across policies, standards, processes, and procedures, providing leadership expertise, and partnering with stakeholders to enable effective delivery. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement, innovate best practices, ensure compliance, and evolve the operating model to drive scalability and client centricity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Provide leadership expertise and oversight of the operations of Financial Reporting in India

  • • Ensure consistency across policy, standards, process, and procedure

  • • Partner with stakeholders, support and assure effective delivery

  • • Improve quality of service delivery, control environment, and productivity

  • • Drive continuous improvement through innovation and best practices

  • • Evolve the operating model for scalability and client centricity

  • • Partner effectively with IT and Client side of the organization

  • • Support new business integration and ensure operating models deliver best service

  • • Determine the future direction of the global financial reporting team

  • • Set individual and team targets, maintain high standards of client service, and conduct performance appraisals

  • • Anticipate, monitor, and actively manage risk and compliance issues
