About the Role

As a Managing Director for Alternative Investment Services Financial Reporting in India at State Street, your role will be critical in providing leadership expertise and oversight to the operations in India. You will play a key role in ensuring consistency across policies, standards, processes, and procedures. Your responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders, supporting effective delivery, improving service quality, and driving continuous improvement through innovation and best practices while ensuring compliance.

  • • Provide leadership oversight to Financial Reporting operations in India

  • • Ensure consistency across policy, standards, process, and procedure

  • • Partner with stakeholders for effective delivery

  • • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices

  • • Evolve operating model for scalability and client centricity

  • • Partner effectively with IT and Client side of the organization

  • • Support new business integration and ensure best service to clients

  • • Set individual and team targets, maintain high standards of client service

  • • Anticipate, monitor, manage, and report risk and compliance issues
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Over 15 years of experience in financial services operations with expertise in Financial Reporting

  • • Strong leadership skills and experience managing client service delivery

  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills

  • • Proven track record of achieving financial goals

  • • Ability to manage, coach, and influence colleagues and team members
