About the Role

Role Overview:
You will be joining the AI, Metrics, and Client Experience Team within Markets OPS Technology, which focuses on developing solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data, and Core Engineering. This team is at the forefront of creating innovative technology solutions for Markets Operations and other lines of businesses. As the AI, Metrics, and Client Experience - Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in leveraging Traditional & Generative AI, Data Engineering, and Systems Integration to drive the team's ambitious initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead Engineers and Developers: Design and execute a comprehensive Gen AI and Metrics strategy to automate and optimize business processes using generative AI.

  • • Lead and develop a high-performing team: Mentor and manage a team of ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and AI practitioners to ensure the retention and growth of top talent.

  • • Drive innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful solutions and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

  • • Hands-on execution and delivery: Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • • Collaboration and stakeholder interaction: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of AI solutions.

  • • Deep understanding of AI trends: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and lead research activities to explore state-of-the-art generative AI techniques.

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • 10+ years of experience in AI, ML, and Data Engineering.

  • • 5+ years of leadership experience managing distributed teams.

  • • Deep technical expertise in middleware technologies and modern software development methodologies.

  • • Proficiency in Python, key Python libraries, agentic frameworks, and containerization technologies.

  • • Experience with modern data stack, CI/CD pipelines, AWS services, and pattern recognition.

  • • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
