About the Role
As a Sales Solutions Specialist at LinkedIn, you will have the opportunity to learn about LinkedIn's platform, products, and associated tools such as SFDC. Your responsibilities will include effectively communicating the LinkedIn Sales Solutions value proposition to inspire clients, making discovery calls, confirming meetings with key decision makers, and creating a pipeline of opportunities and forecasts transparently. You will also be tasked with developing and executing strategic plans for the territory, listening to market needs, and delivering against revenue targets.

4+ years of applicable sales experience

Experience with SaaS sales and/or recruiting
Experience in relationship management with C-level users
Experience with business development across various geographies
Proven track record of overachieving quota in a high-growth company environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and forecasting skills
Deep relationships with senior sales leadership
Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business sales
Ability to use competitive selling to position company products against competitors
Ability to gather and use data for decision making and persuasion
Ability to assess business opportunities, understand prospective buyers, and develop compelling strategies
