About the Role

🚀 We’re Hiring a Founding CTO | Build the Future of Healthcare AI in India I’m Dr.

Harin Reddy, a General & Laparoscopic Surgeon and Founder of Pax EM Health. We are building a doctor-centric Health + Insurance + Finance Super Platform designed for Tier-2 and Tier-3 India. Pax EM is focused on transforming healthcare delivery through AI-powered automation, revenue optimization, insurance claims intelligence, and embedded healthcare financing.

Our vision: ✅ Onboard 1,00,000 doctors ✅ Power 1,000 hospitals ✅ Build India’s most impactful healthcare AI ecosystem We are looking for a Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead product architecture, engineering, and scale. 🔹 What you’ll build:

• AI-powered doctor workflows • Whats App chatbot & automation systems • AI scribe / voice assistant for clinics & hospitals • Insurance claims automation engine • Embedded finance / EMI infrastructure • Patient & hospital mobile/web apps • Revenue optimization dashboards • Io T / wearable integrations for Pax EM devices 🔹 Tech stack currently in motion:
• React / Next.js • Fast API / Python • Mongo DB / Postgre SQL • Whats App API integrations • Open AI / LLM APIs • AWS / Docker / Dev Ops infrastructure 🔹 Who we’re looking for:
• 5+ years in software engineering leadership • Startup experience preferred • Experience building scalable Saa S products • Experience with AI / LLM / NLP / Voice AI • Experience in healthcare / fintech / insurtech is a major plus • Strong product thinking & execution mindset • Able to build and lead an in-house engineering team 🔹 Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end technology vision • Lead architecture, development & deployment • Build and manage engineering teams • Work directly with founder on product strategy • Ensure scalability, security & compliance • Integrate APIs, payment rails, insurance workflows, and AI tools 📍 Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru preferred 💰 Compensation: Salary + meaningful equity 🌍 Mission-driven role with massive upside If you’ve built products that scale and want to transform Indian healthcare, let’s talk.
