CITrix's Attrition Rate Rises to 9.8%, Headcount Increases by 1,100 Employees

Citrix reported a slight increase in its attrition rate for the quarter ending March 2023, with an annualized rate of 9.8%. This marks a noticeable improvement from previous quarters where the company's attrition rate was around 7%, however, concerns about the overall health of the IT and gaming industry have been growing over the years.
